DESCRIPTION:

The wayfinding project aims to improve circulation, graphic wayfinding, and shared space for a pre-existing 4-level building. The project's main objectives are to maintain flexibility in opening spaces for potential tenants and create unified common areas that brand the floors. To provide natural daylighting that will filter into all the tenant spaces and create more active common areas, circulation is relocated from the internal sections of the building to the perimeter.
