DESCRIPTION:

An accessory dwelling unit can provide additional housing options that are typically smaller and more affordable than traditional single-family residential units.  ADUs can offer homeowners extra family space, other rental income, or a simple guesthouse.

The MOD-RECT  provides a modular, flexible, expandable ADU that can be customized for narrow sites or back and side yards.  Studio (290 SF) Studio with Accessible Bath ( 374 SF) and a Studio, Bath, and Bed option (546 SF). Porches and decks and an office module can also be customized as the site or budget allows to create excellent indoor/outdoor living and work-from-home options.

All units will address site conditions to determine the best methodology for constructing footings and foundations to maintain zero entry and accessible features and options depending on user needs.  Walls can easily be panelized or built on-site.  Individual modules can also be made in a fabrication facility and shipped and placed on-site, depending on location and trade availability.
