DESCRIPTION:

A multi-tenant commercial office and retail center will house retail and commercial office space.  Tenants will be offered panoramic views spaces filled with natural light through floor-to-ceiling glazing.  A central infrastructure tower and element will house mechanical space, restrooms and other ancillary spaces, allowing maximum transparency and exposure on all sides of the building. 

The façade will use perforations with back-lighting to provide way-finding and identity marking.  This allows typical building signage to engage with the façade elements and integrate into the overall design.
